Currys has launched a major recruitment drive ahead of the key peak trading period – with more than 1,000 jobs available across the business.
Of those, 750 will be temporary roles based in-store, helping customers enjoy amazing technology ahead of Black Friday and Christmas.
New colleagues will go through a dedicated induction programme and receive on-the-job training so they can provide customers with expert advice on the latest technology.
Currys is also recruiting nearly 200 permanent 7.5t HGV drivers to deliver to customers across the UK & Ireland.
And further roles are available at Currys’ customer service contact centres.
Applications for the retail roles opened on 22nd September and can be made on the Seasonal Retail page of the Currys Careers website.
In-store temporary roles will run from 5th October until 3rd January. However, last year around two-thirds of Currys’ temporary colleagues went on to be offered permanent roles.
