Our Whistleblowing policy gives Currys colleagues the opportunity to raise concerns over malpractice or illegality impacting Currys’ business. Whilst there is no definitive list, below are some examples of concerns you could raise:

Security breaches, theft, fraud, or other criminal offences
Financial control breaches, including false accounting / reporting
General health & safety issues
Workers’ rights (including modern slavery)
Anti-competitive practices
Product safety
Any behaviour that could lead to Currys’ reputation being damaged

Depending on the nature of the concern, it may be that there is a more appropriate, existing process in place to raise your issue. For example:

Personal Grievances – there are processes in place for addressing colleague concerns that relate to them personally, which may be more appropriately managed under our Grievance Policy (UK&I) for our colleagues in the UK and Republic of Ireland. These include:
