London, 06 November 2024 – iD Mobile, the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) from Currys, is thrilled to announce that it has surpassed 2 million subscribers, marking a significant achievement ahead of its original projections. This milestone comes on the heels of a remarkable period of growth, further solidifying iD Mobile’s position as a leading MVNO player in the UK telecoms market.
Over the last year, (Oct ’23 – ‘24) iD Mobile experienced substantial growth, thanks to a value-driven proposition that’s resonating with consumers, adding a further 488,000 subscribers to reach the 2 million milestone. The company’s blend of affordability, flexibility, and a feature-rich offering has earned it a reputation as the “value” network. For a third successive time, iD Mobile have been recognised as 'Great Value' by Which? and were announced winners of ‘Best Contract Value for Money’ at the 2024 Uswitch Telecoms Awards.
