Currys, the UK’s leading omnichannel tech retailer, has teamed up with Quorso to launch a new tool called ‘Action AI’ in its stores. This smart platform helps store teams work more efficiently and saves time by making important data easier for managers to find and understand.

This solution brings together information like sales, footfall, promotions, surveys and customer satisfaction, into one simple, action-focused dashboard. It hopes to help managers and teams focus on what matters most and take the right action, in the right way, at the right time – wholly led by data.

For example, a Sales Manager can instantly identify product categories that aren’t performing well — thanks to millions of calculations across the store network – and be guided to the root cause through real time transaction trends. At the same time, teams can learn from and be inspired by top-performing stores through seeing what works well right across the estate – easy to see and access within the Action AI dashboard.

‘Action AI’ helps cut through the confusion of too much data by guiding managers to the most important next step—making it easier for colleagues and better for customers to enjoy an improved shopping experience. This week, the platform launched in an initial sixteen stores across the UK, with full rollout planned in September.
